Having run ACM Consultancy Services Ltd, a bespoke Environment and Sustainability Consultancy firm, for over 7+ years, she now concentrates her time on freelancing as a sole trader to drive your interim needs. Anna drives an equilibrium of environmental and operational performance, within the public and private sector, to empower a globally sustainable future through innovation, collaboration and expertise.

Sustainability Strategy, Implementation and Performance Reporting:
As a talented sustainability professional, I am continually on the cutting edge of continued professional development. I work with your teams to create precise and engaging strategic sustainability reports or review strategic road maps bespoke to new legislation, literature reviews, industry expectations, and organisational or programme needs.
I will transition this optimal sustainability approach into implementation planning and guidance (as required), imparting knowledge that will directly or indirectly influence wider attitudes and beliefs and transition your internal and external stakeholders towards behavioural change. I take a positive view towards the delivering the UNSDGs with integrity and practicality.
I will work with your teams to provide quality technical consultation, impact evaluation, strategise transformative solutions and manage progress through delivery. Sustainability and Sustainable Development are at the heart of ACM.
ISO14001 Environment, Consenting and Sustainability Management
I drive collaboration across the ISO framework internally and between external teams, in order to foster trust between all stakeholders, which is integral to facilitating a forum for innovation and the perspective on what is possible.
I research new and emerging issues so that ISO14001 frameworks can transition to be future-facing and holistic, in order to be prepared for, and champion, national and international commitments.
I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to share the import of sustainability ‘solutions’ or ‘guidance’ to a range of complex issues, and foster confidence. This helps your teams deliver inclusive and agile-working, helping them to think outside the box and invest in their own key skills, innovation and upskilling, to create a skills multiplier effect amongst your teams, through organic learning methods.
EIA Management
I will help you deliver your EIA development (through to ES Production, Lead Author Review, and Quality Assurance). I have been co-lead author (JV) on several ES from start to finish, delivering on time and to target (both from a quality and technical, perspective; and represented at key page turns with ARUP, DfT, HS2 and Parliamentary Agents).
I integrate sustainability (environment, social and economic) impact 'Avoidance', 'Mitigation', 'Offsetting/Compensation' and 'Wider Benefits' (in that order) into your development, in line with numerous environmental impact hierarchies, in order to leave both a compliant and legacy development.
I will work with your teams to produce high-quality technical expertise, high-performing quality assurance and timely production. We stay on top of emerging guidelines for infrastructure planning and EIA.
We will work together define your project resources and translate objectives into the desired outcomes in terms of detail, time, accuracy and quality. I also have access to my network of dynamic and scalable resource, as required.
